Q: How long does a typical damp proofing/rot job take?
A: a typical single item job (damp or rot) is usually around 2-5 days .
Q: Will I be fully Guaranteed?
A: We issue all our guarantees in writing and can also offer an insurance backed damp and timber Guarantee.
Q: How quickly can you come and estimate my work?
A: If you are flexible with times we may come the same day, but within a few days.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Until we see and access the works it would only be a guesstimate.
Q: Hows best to contact you?
A: Most ways are good and mobile is fast and direct for out of hours.
Q: Do I need to move furniture or dust sheet anything?
A: We do ask that you move out or at least to one side all items and sheet up your items. We will sheet up our direct working and walking areas.
Q: do you supply any references of previous jobs?
A: Yes we can supply this on request.
Q: do you need a daposit to start works.
A: Sometimes we ask for a payment and staged payments on larger jobs.
